A client living in a house along Upper East Coast Road reported that his bidet hose had burst. The existing valve arrangement meant that shutting off the bidet also cut off water to the cistern. GC Werkz extended the inlet pipe to allow an additional angle valve to be installed, then replaced the flimsy bidet hose with a sturdier variant. During the same visit, the plumber also replaced a leaking faucet and re-seated a misaligned kitchen sink drain tailpipe that was leaking.

The work focused on improving control over the bidet hose water supply and reducing the chance of repeat hose failure. By extending the inlet pipe and adding an angle valve, users could control the water pressure sustained by the bidet hose when it was not in use. The plumber also addressed two additional leak points by replacing a faucet and correcting the position of the kitchen sink drain tailpipe.

The burst bidet hose was replaced with a sturdier variant, an angle valve was added for better bidet hose pressure control, the leaking faucet was replaced, and the misaligned kitchen sink drain tailpipe was re-seated.
